The Danish lifestyle and design fair Formland will present new trends in Scandinavian design now and for the future.
Formland has been an inspiration for design and interior design for the last 34 years. At the fair, salespeople and buyers can network while the design industry has the opportunity to present their latest selection of products. The exhibited product categories include lighting, kitchen utensils, furniture, textiles, and garden products. The exhibition this autumn offers a varied supporting programme of workshops and lectures in both English and Danish. Visitors will have the opportunity to create their own designer bag and with help from Holly Becker, a US freelance journalist and interior designer living in Germany, who is also the founder of the design blog Decor 8, they can learn all about the best tips for making their home comfortable and cosy with modern furnishings. Also presenting will be Stefan Nilsson, known for his blog Trendstefan, who is always on the lookout for new trends in design, fashion, food, and much more. He will talk about the future of retail. In addition to the exhibition, the project “Green Escape” offers six influencers in the field of design, for example Maria Christensen and Pernille Riis Frederiksen, the opportunity to decorate their own oasis in the middle of the exhibition, which will then be judged by a jury.
