With the exhibition “Collateral Damage” from April 29 until July 25, Galerie Anatome in Paris is comprehensively showcasing the work of the graphic designer and typographer Jonathan Barnbrook. Featuring a blend of commercial and personal political works, the exhibition demonstrates the constant balancing act in Barnbrook’s work between commerce, experimentation and political understatement.
Jonathan Barnbrook is one of the best-known British graphic designers. After completing his studies at the Royal College of Art in 1990, he founded his own studio in London. Barnbrook Design’s range of services includes printing, corporate identities, fonts and motion graphics. The studio’s best-known works include the cover for David Bowie’s 2002 album “Heathen”, book projects with the British artist Damien Hirst and the fonts Exocet and Manson for Emigré.
